Welcome to the website!

The website is the official website of the International Partnership Against Corruption in Sport (the “IPACS”).

IPACS is a multi-stakeholder platform with the mission “to bring together international sports organisations, governments, inter-governmental organisations, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen and support efforts to eliminate corruption and promote a culture of good governance in and around sport”, as agreed at IPACS’ first working group meeting in June 2017.

The Council of Europe, the International Olympic Committee (the “IOC”), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (the “OECD”), the United Kingdom and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (the “UNODC”) (listed in alphabetical order) are the founding members of IPACS (the “IPACS Founding Members”).

This website is operated by the IOC in cooperation with the other IPACS Founding Members.

We describe as the “Services” the website, as well as the newsletters, or other online resources including all IPACS Content (as defined below) offered on the and other digital properties operated by the IPACS Founding Members. When these Terms of Service refer to ‘’we’’, ‘’our’’ or “us”, it is referring to the IPACS Founding Members.
