The 8th IPACS Steering Committee meeting was held on Tuesday 8 November 2022, from 12.00 to 14.15 pm CET.

IPACS was established in 2017 as a multi-stakeholder initiative aimed at “bringing together international sports organisations, governments, inter-governmental organisations, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen and support efforts to eliminate corruption and promote a culture of good governance in and around sport”. Additional information on the Partnership is available here: www.ipacs.sport.

The Meeting focused on presenting the work of IPACS in its various areas of expertise, such as Reducing the Risk of Corruption in Procurement, Integrity and Major Sport Events, Good Governance and Cooperation between law enforcement and criminal justice authorities and sports organisations. The Session also served to discuss the Governance of IPACS as well as the Partnership’s strategic Roadmap and next steps.

Representatives from governments, Olympic Movement sports organisations and intergovernmental organisations with an expertise in anti-corruption attended the meeting.
